I starting pointe up again and i havent done it in about three years…
i really need some help/tips on how to:
1. improve my turnout
-and-
2. strengthen my feet
I’ve a friend who lies on the ground with her legs up against a wall and doing turnouts like that. Gravity will widen your turnout and it’s effective if you do this continuously.
Walking around the house on tip-toe can help strengthen feet as well. It’ll help strengthen your calves which in turn will strengthen your feet and help support your body better.
